Quartz from the Philippines
SCW’s Quartz Countertop Solution is built around a dedicated fabrication base in Tanza, Cavite, Philippines, where we focus on providing high-quality quartz countertops tailored for the North American market.
This facility is operated and managed by SCW’s own team, including seasoned production supervisors and QC personnel dispatched from our headquarters in China. With advanced equipment such as infrared saws, automated edge polishers, and precision sink cutout machines, we are able to deliver accurate, timely, and high-performing fabricated countertops. Our quality assurance is driven by a QC 2.0 system and personnel with 10+ years of hands-on inspection experience — ensuring consistent results across every order.
From detailed drawings to precision edge finishing, we fabricate quartz and granite countertops in-house. Whether sourced from our global inventory or locally purchased slabs, each piece is cut, polished, and QC'd to fit your specs — and your schedule.
Strategic Manufacturing Location
While SCW focuses on countertop fabrication, we maintain flexibility in our offerings — including occasional sales of quartz slabs based on client request. However, our core strategy prioritizes fabrication over raw slab distribution, a deliberate move shaped by shifting U.S. trade policies. The Philippines benefits from a favorable tariff position, especially under the trade pressures that escalated with the Trump administration’s intensified China-origin tariffs in early 2025. By fabricating in the Philippines, SCW avoids high-duty exposure and provides a stable, cost-effective solution built for long-term viability in the U.S. market.
Supplemented by US manufacture center
In cases where timelines are tight or issues arise after delivery, SCW also operates a fabrication center in Atlanta, enabling fast response and local reprocessing. Combined, our dual-site system ensures speed, flexibility, and reliable supply for quartz surfaces throughout North America.
